Service Description

In this course, we combine the fluidity of yoga with the solidity of Pilates to form the best of both worlds! Yoga focuses on aligning the mind and body by using its top three elements - exercise, breathing, and meditation - while Pilates focuses on lengthening and strengthening the major muscle groups within the body. Together, they both aim to build strength and endurance, improve flexibility, and reduce stress and anxiety. Great for those looking to train but also leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
