During our Sun Salutation Sequence classes, we will take you through a full round of 14 poses (Surya Namaskar) beginning and ending in the mountain pose. This sequence is not only aimed to stretch all your major muscles but also to cultivate your concentration and give you a strong sense of meditation in movement.

Outdoor yoga carries many enhancing benefits to the overall yogic experience, so JOIN US, as Teesha Yoga takes on YOGA in the PARK! Being surrounded by nature has natural healing properties and has proven to being very therapeutic for meditation and light exercise. Natural, earthy scenery can heighten your awareness and replenish depleted energy with the added bonus of yoga, you're in for real treat! $16 per person

With kids returning to school (whether it's remote learning or traditional) during such a stressful time, we thought it'd be the best time to introduce KIDS YOGA with Teesha Yoga, the ideal solution to combating restlessness (from staying inside) and the stress of their academics. It's offered both online via Zoom as well as in person, at our studio! Ages 4-12, $8 per child.

1. Determine a major goal. Choose a goal that best suits you! You
are more likely to succeed when you set priorities that are compelling to you.
2. Ask yourself questions. Do you have a BIG dream that correlates with your goal? Big dreams can be as simple as losing a few pounds a month or as extreme as competing in an ultra marathon.
3. Pick a choice for change. Do you want to eat healthier, stick to exercise, diet more effectively, ease stress? It's best to concentrate on just one choice at a time.
4. Commit to yourself. Make a written or verbal promise to yourself and one or two supporters you don't want to let down: your partner or child, a teacher, doctor, boss, or friends. That will encourage you to slog through tough spots.
