Service Description

In this class, we will combine the flow of vinyasa with the dumbbell exercises of strength training to come together to make an extensive, endurance-building workout/yoga session. Poses such as the bridge pose, the warrior pose, and the standard plank pose will be used alongside others to help strengthen your core, tone your muscles, and expand your range of motion.
